Earn one raffle ticket for every qualifying workweek.
Employees can earn a ticket each week by meeting all attendance requirements:
- Work at least 40 total hours each week to qualify for a raffle ticket.
Track
Qualifying weeks are tracked Monday through Sunday.
Draw
At the end of each month, we will hold the raffle.

Current employees can earn a referral bonus by recommending qualified candidates for Talent Source opportunities.
Referral bonus$200–$300
The exact bonus amount depends on the position for which the referred candidate is hired.
Referral guidelines
- The person referred must be a new candidate.
- The candidate must provide the referring employee's full name when applying.
- The referred candidate cannot currently be working for the client where the referring Talent Source employee was assigned by Talent Source.
- You may ask your recruiter at any time which positions are currently available so you can refer candidates for those openings.
- The bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 40 hours of work.
- Please refer candidates who are qualified for the actual position.
Example
If Talent Source assigned you to work at Client A, you may refer qualified candidates for available positions, but you may not refer someone who is already working for Client A.
Referral bonuses and eligibility are based on the position and completion of all program requirements.
